Well I'm off to a slow learning curve to this Geocaching thing.[&:] I went to the closest one from my house, yea you guessed it less than 2 miles away. I tried to find it yesterday after work, and again after work today, and I started obsessing about it and went again around 6:00 this evening, and still nothing. So I decided to try another one located at the cemetery, I even took a couple of friends with me since the wife and kid were not feeling too well. We thought we were right on top of it then, butnothing. So after heading back home again empty handed, I went back to the clues and realized that I didn't read down far enough and skipped most of the instructions as I do quite often.
Part of that comes with being a guy, and part from being a maintenance mechanic who doesn't need "instructions" Hey speaking of maintenance, there is a sign at the cemetery that lists all of the rules of what you can or can not have around a grave site and then it ends with "Thank you....Maitenance Department" Yea that's right they spelled Maintenance wrong.
So after looking at the full instructions I realized that I was never going to find this one there until I followed them to the "letter" Here they are, and as you can see I have some work ahead of me. I have to say there is something about looking for something that is not obvious to the everyday passerby. Check out these clues, its right out of Goonies.[8D] I'll let you guys know how it goes. If I get good at this I might even place a few around the peninsula for DS riders.
