Hey guys A guy gave me a 1985 kx125 2 stroke dirtbike, It is beat up the plastics on it are all faded the chain is shot the handlebars are bent and it dosen't start. Now getting to the point of why I am posting this when I got the bike it had/has no spark..I replaced the CDI box but couldn't find the right coil at my house. These bikes are like electrical 101 lol. What is most likely wrong with it? The Coil or the Stator?, We cleaned the stator and fly wheel and put the new CDI box on..Stuck! PLEASE HELP

 

Go back to lesson 100 then. Is there spark at the plug? hahaha, had to make that remark....

Your manual tells you what the coils and also of the stator are supposed to read. Not sure if this ride manual is listed here in KF either.
