I have not played with a bazzaz yet. But they are similar to the dynojet modules correct? So, working from that....

What does your stock ecu tell you when you go into it for troubleshooting? page 3-24 in your factory service manual to show the codes? pm me concerning the manual if needed.

This is nowhere near a stock engine then. How were the heads ported to meet your requirements if it was not dyno'd previously, even though that is almost pointless because there is no frontal air flow in testing. What were the bench flow results if the head was flowed? Then you cam'd it expecting what? Kawi kit cams? At what degree were they set at to possibly utilize the head work and meet your riding expectations? The squish area miked out to (thin head gasket)? (the newer head gaskets are plus or minus but fairly consistent for the most part and I did not measure mine either at this point with the unlubed grade 10 hardware torqued per the manual) You have any pics of the head? Please let me know how your mechanic is solving this expectation for you. I am not a mechanic and am definitely not bashing your project. I like to tinker on stuff is all.

It is always a good idea to test your bike on the same dyno to show the true potential of the modifications and the dollars spent to get there. (stock test, then modified test on the same dyno)

A semi stock 08 (slip ons, pc3) was showing 155hp the same day mine was checked. I did not go over his tune nor did I ask what his riding style/preferences were, and knowing that all rides will be different, that is just a number. So do not get all jacked up about a number unless you know how that number is helping your riding style or expectations.

Tune the ride to fit your needs, not another riders needs or expectations. Hit up your manual and your mechanic that has been tuning your ride first. Good luck and let us know.

Turn the ignition switch ON.
Push the MODE button to display the odometer.

Push the RESET button for more than two seconds.
The service code is displayed on the LCD by the number
of two digits.
○After switching to the engine speed setting mode of the
shift up indicator light (LED) from odometer display, the
service code can not be displayed even if pushing the
RESET button for more than two seconds

just tell me the number to see wath this trouble

i checked it
the code was 39
ECU communication error
after removing the X-tre
now the code 39 is gone
but code 24 is on !
Speed sensor malfunction, wiring open or short
and yeah ,, the speed was wrong ,, in 6th gear RPM 8 it was showing me 120 KM/Hour
so i guess i will change it
and i hope everything will go good
