Default Whats up fellaz.

I'm new here as you can see. My boy and i will be purchasing a 2003 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R. We're new with bikes and all, which means we cant ride YET. We're looking to buy these bikes in couple of months. I just wanted to Register on these message boards and learn more about the bikes themselves and about our bike that we will get.

My question is, is Kawasaki 2003 ZX6R a good bike for the first buy? We dont want anything to powerful for our first bike as we're trying to get the hang of it.

Thank you,
Kenan

Welcome to KF! The 6R would be fine to start out on as long as you ride it within your limits. Good luck and I hope you guys get on two soon!

Welcome, how old is your son? Have you guys ever done any off road riding? Ok I must confess I'm leading you to this picture that is one of the best dual sport bikes ever made, and the smaller Yamaha is a new purchase as well for the wife. The KLX 250S and the Yamaha XT 225 has to be the best combination out there for a big and small rider respectively. Of course I am partial to the bikes already. If you want the best of both worlds, then consider a dual sport bike.

hello welcome. You may want to start easy. The 03' were very quick and off the line as you go down the road the front feelslike lifting. For a 600 it has some pep

Try that foo, you never know. Like I said some people talk a lot but some back it up maybe he will the second of the two.
If I was in the market for a new bike I would have called him on right then, but my $$ are all tied up in a new deal right now. I can still squeak out a track day though, so let me know when your all together and we can hit it.
