A little costly, they only have 2k mles on them. Still look brand new.
Spend some time with your suspension! Get the dampening and any flex figured out of the equation on your feathering issues. Tires will then last you maybe 10k miles on a cruiser with no issues.

....mmmm, what does the date code on the tire say? Possible "blem?"
See this article on alignment. YES; it's for cars, but it gives you some insight into how tires can get goofy wear patterns.
