New OLD guy
I'm in the process of buying a 2003 ZX-6R (636) for track days. I've been a standard bike guy, until I bought a Ducati back in March. Found out I like the sportbike scene, but I'll get into too much trouble on the street. So, the Duc is for sale, and the ZX is on the way. I could use any suggestions/tricks regarding setting up the ZX for the track!
This won't be my first Kawasaki. I owned a 500 H1 back in the mid 70s and a 750 H2 in the late 70s. Just dated myself.

2. When's your birthday (year if you want to include it)? 1957
3. What do you do for a living? Engineer
4. Married or Single? Married - to an angel.
5. Favorite ice cream? simple vanilla
6. Coffee or tea? both, but mostly tea
7. If you are old enough....what is your favorite "drink"? Red wine (if the doc would let me)
8. What is your favorite color? All three of my bikes are silver, so I'd better say silver
9. Who is your favorite band / favorite CD? Beatles
10. What is your favorite movie? While You Were Sleeping
11. What is your favorite TV show? SPEED
12. Any pets, if yes, what? Our German Shepard died last year (boo, hoo)
13. What other hobbies are you into? Riding, hiking, shooting
14. What was your first bike? 1967 Honda CB450 (There I go dating myself again.)
15. Who or what inspired you to ride? my Dad, he's been riding for approximately 57 years
16. How long have you been riding? 33 years (Yikes!)

right on baggens on the ride and welcome to the forums. As BR mentioned there are a few track riders to glean from.
On the H1 and the H2 rides, some quick little scoots for sure if you could keep the middle cylinder happy.
