New Ninja owner from NH
Hey guys and girls,
I just picked up my new ZX-6R last Saturday and can't wait til spring is in full force.
It was a leftover 2005 that had 0 miles on it. It had not even been started yet. I paid $7500 cash and picked it up that weekend after they put all the fluids in and put a couple miles on it. Since we had a very unusual winter up here in New Hampshire and the day I picked it up it was 54 degrees out, I got to ride it around for a while and put 20 miles on it before trailering it home.
My first bike was a 1991 Ninja ZX-6 and that bike was great. I sold it with 55,000 miles on it and never did more than basic oil changes, tires, brakes, and other fluids. After one year of no bike, I had to buy another bike. Picking up another Ninja was a no-brainer, I love these bikes. Unfortunatley, I couldn't go over 6000 rpms, but after she has a good 1000 miles, I will be ripping up the local track (NHIS) and the Kancamangus highway !
Looking forward to gathering and sharing info.
Here's a couple pics of the bike.
Here is a video of me bringing her in after a quick 20 mile trip the day I bought here.
