Hey, everybody. Just picked up a clean '09 KLX250S. Been a lurker for a while and now I'm looking forward to getting into some dual-sporting. Not new to riding, but new to the dirt. Did some road racing years ago. Answering the questions is like an interrogation, but:

1. What is your first name (or middle name)? Scott

2. When's your birthday (year if you want to include it)? January 12

3. What do you do for a living? Healthcare management - Integrative Medicine

4. Married or Single? Married with 9 yo daughter and a 6 yo son (they have a KFX80)

5. Favorite ice cream? Roasted almond gelato at the nearby shop

6. Coffee or tea? Coffee

7. If you are old enough....what is your favorite "drink"? Bourbon & Coke, or in ginger ale in the summer.

8. What is your favorite color? Green, of course

What and when did you run the track?

I raced the GS500E in the Central Roadracing Association (Brainerd International Raceway) Ultralight and Lightweight classes. I'm originally from MN.

 

This is the very clean '09 that I picked up. 2400 mi. Bone stock motor. Only upgrades/mods were D-Flex hand guards, rack, D606s and a chopped tail. I've since removed the side reflectors, chopped the plate holder and trimmed the rear fender some more. Found some deep mud with foot-deep 4X4 ruts and sunk it in a bit. Had a muddy grin on my face.
