None of my files will post they are too big...I guess I need to learn how to work my camera

Resize your pictures to 480-x620 and they will fit. You can adjust this on your camera by picking the smallest format or like I do shoot them large and resize them in Microsoft picture editor or what ever you use to get your pictures into your computer.
