I have a 2005 Mule 3010 4x4 and need to replace the fuel gauge. Any hints on the installation?

Hey all - Just purchased a brand new 2022 Kawasaki Mule from a dealer in Sacramento with a dead Fuel Gauge. The dead fuel gauge was discovered when they were fueling it up to deliver to me.
They have been trying to source a filter - and i appreciate that effort, but I also would like to contact Kawasaki directly to resolve this. The dealer mentioned that many others have reported this issue.

Otherwise it's an awesome workhorse for me. And I keep a 2 gal gas can in the frunk. Anyone else having this issue with new model Mules?
