Hi all,

I just purchased a 2009 KLX250SF for commuting to work. It's all stock for now. I noticed it is very cold nature. The throttle response is not what I expected either, since I have ridden dirt bikes all my life. Looks like I have a lot of reading to do, to see what everybody is doing to get a little more response out of the motor. I guess a carb rejetting is in order. By the way I live close to Baton Rouge, so I am close to sea level when it come to jetting. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

If anybody has the BB 351 kit, how much does it affect the mpgs?

Thanks,

Terry

Welcome to the forum. I learn something new here everyday. It seems almost every question I could ever think of has already been asked and has a thread going. Just use the search box or Google your question and usually a link for the forum is one of the first few hits.
