I have two all original 86 and an 88...I am looking to sell them. I have both titles and both have had the mounts rebuilt, electrical system re worked, and fuel system updated. I have had these since day one.

Does anyone know a good place to sell them? I would prefer they go to an enthusiast.

Welcome to KF! Something in that year range you will probably get alot of newbies wanting it because it would be cheaper, I'd post it on CL about 1k above your asking price and let them talk you down, should weed out a bunch of newbie calls, course you gotta be patient that way. I have two Jet Ski 550's for those of us who are not familiar with them.

I broke down and bought a new one - sit down Jet SKi 15f to use when I do not want to punish my body on the stand ups- I am going to keep them. They are the most fun to ride. Plus, I met a mechanic who told me about a riding group...so watch out Austin.

I've got an 87 js550 that I'm parting out, if you know anyone that's interested in specific parts. Also if you all know a good place to list parts, I'm just looking to get use out of it before the shell goes to the dump
