I have some sick pics of my bike but can't figure out how to post them, It gives me file to large, or an error!!!!![:@]

 

You need to resize your pics - there are some programs on the internet that can be downloaded free of charge that will do that for you. I don't remember the size limits for KF, but they are probably in the Forum FAQ section.

ha, welcome to the forum and the age old problem! lol. Most the time I just skip trying to dwnld and just opened a putfile account. Its free and alot easier than messing w/ what is the right size. Happy posting.

 

hey bb what happened to that thread where i put a how to on pic posting ? i looked but i couldnt find it. and i never really sat down to redo the how to thread, been kind of busy. but itll happen

 

Hey Mark if you have windows XP than you have microsoft pictures.Right click on the picture and open with microsoft pictures.Than pick to compress image,next select web page.This will enable you to post alot easier and still give the members the option to view your photo in full view.And if you have to many megs try posting 1 picture per post.

here you go... good thing i saved this....

When you go into the photo gallery there should be something there that says 'Create Gallery' (or something like that, I can't see it because I already did mine) You can enter a bunch of info there. Once that is created you click on Add Photo (it is a small button up on the right hand side. Then you just browse to find your pictures on your computer and when you find the one you are looking for click on it and click OK. There are size limitations and what not listed on the upload screen where you browse for your pictures. You can add names and descriptions to your pics as well. I think that should do it, if you need any more help, let me know and I'll see what I can do!
