HOW CAN................
Hey guy's im new and i just bought a 2003 636 for 4500 with 7k miles(has been droped once). Did i pay to much???????
my buddy just bought a 05" r6 and he's been telling me that he's been beating all the new 600's(even the 05" 636).
This is his first bike and i know that that new r6 is a bad bike but is it really that bad? He also weighs 130lbs.
Has anybody on here with a 2003 636 raced an 05 r6 yet? If so, what's the result.
Thanks for any info guys..............

Welcome to the forums!
That is a good price but the bike was dropped... as far as your buddy goes, 130lbs on a r6 against a 180lbs (avg weight) on any other bike is a BIG advantage. I haven't raced anyone yet, probably wont do anything too serious yet, not until I get my GPR Damper for it, the front end gets a little too light when going through the gears for me to go totally full tilt.

Yeah the bike was dropped but i was told that i got a good price for it and i had several people check out the bike and it's been running strong for 2 months now.
And when you say you go about 220, you can't be doing that on your 6.......what do you mean?

ORIGINAL: onewheel
a lot has to do with the rider...
I took a cbr f4i all night one night at the track.. and it is said to be the faster bike

Most of it is rider ability. Look at the ZX10 vrs R1 vrs GSXR 1000. The susuki this year has more power but all are so close it will all depend on the riders when it comes down to crossing the finish line first.
