Default Hey newbie here

So I have a question for all of you guys...
I'm wanting a KLX250 and trying to decide between a left over SF or a 2012 KLX250s.
My driving will be 90% blacktop roads and 10% gravel roads. Kind of leaning to the sf model.

So what do you guys think would be a better bike between those two?

Thanks for you opinions ;-)

LIke you, I too do about 90% street riding, but when I go in the dirt I wanted a bike properly setup for that type of riding so I went with the S. Also, my commute is about 5 miles round trip, all side streets. If I was going on freeways as part of that commute I would probably go with the SF.

Not doing any freeway riding just country roads, 55 - 60 mph max.
I love the red klx250s but afraid the handling on the road will suck with the tires. Is that true or are they pretty good?
I know I could get some street tires for the bike, would that help it handle like the SF? And the thing that worries me about the sf is a buddy wants me to trail ride sometime. Man this is a hard decision.

As for the first reply, I couldn't post last night when I first signed up either.

The tires do create more road vibration, but nothing you can't get used to. As far as cornering, I don't go in any faster then 25 mph on dry asphalt. I don't think the tires will hold anything more.

Personally, when my set is done I'll buy more of a road tire, but with good dirt qualities.
