Hey! New Guy from Dublin, Ireland
Hey guys, How's it going?
I'm soon to be the owner of a 2006 Ninja 650r (er6f). I put a deposit on it a few days ago and picking it up at the start of next week. It has a few mods already: scorpion can, alarm system, pazzo levers, DB screen and heated grips. I can't wait to collect it! I have been driving a 125cc 2stroke supermoto previously for 2 years. It was my first bike. Looking forward to finally having some decent power and reliability! Been out on my Dads 750 the last few days getting used to the big bike feeling, so I am well capable of bringing the ninja home in one piece. The only problem now is... I really want a sports bike! I won't be able to get insured on one for another 2 years though!
Anyways, just thought I'd join up here and say hey! Might have some questions soon for any of you Ninja 650 guys out there, and any advice greatly appreciated. There isn't much info on my local forums as the Ninja 650 is rare enough here in Ireland, so I'm a noob when it comes to this bike.
Cheers,
Skintt.

Thanks for the welcome guys! Picked up the bike last night and I have been driving it all day today and can't get enough of it! Such an amazing bike! Eats up the motorways! Here's some pics!
@deej Yeah Ireland is great if you can ignore the constant rain and bitter cold winters! Me personally I want to go states for a while! Only been over once to New Hampshire skiing and loved it! That was before I was 21 though so couldn't enjoy it as much.... Would love to tour across the whole country on a bike with a few good friends! Hit me up if you ever come over and I can tell you best roads, routes etc. Best coming over in the summer if you do decide on it because we have the Road racing on here which is a must for any bike fanatic! Check "Northwest 200" on youtube if you haven't heard of it already!
