Hello, my name is Justin. I've been subscribed to this site for a little while but never really voiced myself so I just figured with spring right around the corner, might as well start now... So, i have an 86 Ninja 600R that I got for $600 cause it needed some work and the guy really needed to get rid of it. It came with a v&h supersport exhaust, uni-filters, polished carbs, all emissions removed etc. I think last time I took it out, odo clicked over 8,400 so it's really low miles for it's age. it's primer gray right now, with ugly greenish-yellow wheels. My friend and his dad are painting my other plastics for me before it gets real warm and I'm going with kawi green and white, not sure which color I wanna paint the wheels. Green, white, and polished are all dancing in my head. If anyone has any opinions or pics of a bike with any combo, let me know. Nothing is in stone till it's in paint. thanks all, and thanks for supplying the info i needed to get my bike running like a charm.

Welcome to the forums! You should try to post some before and after pics of the bike, nice to see people fixing up the older bikes!
