If it only leaks when the bike is off, the first thing that needs to be checked is the petcock. This unit has a vacuum operated petcock to stop fuel from running unless the motor is turning over. If the diaphragm is stuck, it will run fuel all the time and the floats aren't strong enough to hold. Get a drain pan, and pull the fuel line off. If fuel comes out while the petcock is in the on position (and the machine is off), then you need to rebuild or replace the petcock. Could also be trouble with the needle valve not seating in the carb, but I'd check the petcock first.
