Hello from Sacramento!

RE: Hello from Sacramento!
ALRIGHTY!!!! I passed my msf course and plan on getting my permit and bike tomorrow (can't wait for two weeks on my license). I really enjoyed the class, helped eliminate my fears and I had soooooo much fun riding. Tiring in the heat and all but still lots of fun. =^.^=
One of the gals crashed though. She was braking during a turn or something and she ended up hitting pavement face first. Luckily she had a full-face helmet on! I will NEVER ride without my helmet. *sweatdrop* Luckily it happened in a class and not in traffic. WHEW! She's fine, she even came back the next day and passed too. Good girl!
I rode a Honda Rebel. I loved it! I really really want one when I can afford it. I had both feet flat footed on both sides (and I'm only 5" with boots on). I sat on the hubbie's bike last night (Honda CBR) and realized how different the body and foot position is between a cruiser and a sports bike. I think with my 250 it won't be as drastic. I'm picking her up tomorrow so I'll find out. YAAAAAAY!!!!!!!
