do you just sell the ballast and bulbs?
maybe a dual bi-xenon setup for my 7?...

i already have some nice BMW M3 projectors and carbon fiber... ben tryin to get a set from a junkyard, but noone wants to sell just the ballast. they wana sell the whole damn headlight, and i don't need that. just gonna clutter up the shop!

No sorry, If I get them it will be the whole setup. Probably $200 for the complete set-up for the ZX6R/ 636's with the Dual Headlight kit. For your bike, since it uses H4's (I believe) it's $120 a pair complete.

hmm.. the thing doesn't even HAVE the correct bulbs in it, honstly..lol

migh be a reason i have horrid lighting.. then again, like i said.. i have these minty projector housings and really wanna doan HID conversion. a buddy bought a set off the internet for his gixer, and they were trash.. fickered alot at idle and on startup.. thus the reason i'm looking into an automobile ballast.. makes more power.

thanks for gettin back to me, speed! what would your kit include tho, out of curiousity?

speed what would we need to provide for the set up or qwould you have everything to put in the bike. I have and 06 636 and i'm interested in your set up. Would like if both lights worked at the same time.

Illegal in the EU because the light pattern is crap and they dazzle other road users. The main reason is that the point light source is in the wrong position in the reflector. Bi-xenon, sold as replacements for H4 lamps, are even worse, and fitting a bi-xenon unit in place of H7s worse still.

For the EU, HIDs must be fitted in a reflector designed for the lamp, lab tested and CE certified. Because of the dazzle caused by incorrectly aligned HIDs the reflector assembley must include a self levelling mechanism. Fitting projector units doesn't count.

This is before you add the problems caused by half assed amateur installation and quality problems from cowboy sellers of HID conversions.

I'd love a proper HID conversion, but nothing currently for sale is fit for purpose.

I got the supplies. Paypal $75 to adamkhan@verizon.net and I'll have one out to you ASAP This is for the Xenon Hi/Low beam kits and not HID kits.

Just remember to tell me if it's for a 04-05 ZX10 or 03-06 ZX6R 636.

Adam
