What can be done with the suspension
Hey
There are so many power up mods. It acually make the bike real good.
But the real problem is the suspension. It cant keep up when u try and put some hard time on it. Jumps fast enduro it swings or full close easy. Is there any way to do anything abou it? Im really thinking on changing bike just because of it.. Everything else is great! Torque weight speed..
Help i really dont wanna replace the bike

You can replace the front triple clamp and forks with KX250/500 units from 1995-6 from what I've ready.
Other than that, you're looking at new springs and a revalve from racetech.
It's a small dual sport designed for 150 lbs riders. You can't expect much out of it stock, it's just not made for jumps and hard riding.

Have you tried changing the fork/shock settings since you weigh 150 which is the design rider weight?
You shouldn't need different springs unless yours aren't stock.

As I say in my posts on that thread:
...if you have been on the fence about revalving your suspension coz you're not sure it is worth it, let me reassure you, it is VERY worth it. The stock valving in the KLX shock and forks is terrible, and that's a great pity. With decent flowing pistons and a decent shim stack the suspension performs so differently that you would not believe it is the same bike. Even with the relative lack of adjustability with the clickers (i.e. the lack of rebound damping clickers on the forks, and lack of high speed compression damping clickers on the shock) the improvement over the stock suspension is very good...

Hey, I didn't know klx 250 suspensions is so bad as you guys write... 
I was hoping to get this bike soon over crf250 because of its superior suspensions.
I don't want to buy a bike and right from the beginning have to replace suspension.
So what's the true? gravel road and trails I can ride already with my nc750x which has no suspension whatsoever for offroad
that's why I'd like to get smaller bike for offroad with stock suspension good for small jumps and other fun offroad. klx 250 (efi) won't manage this? ...and I weigh 230lb (108kg) not good?

Motif, there is no such thing as "perfect out of the box" with any offroad suspensions and a 230lb rider. You only get close when your the same size and weight the bike was setup for at the factory.. I weigh 225lb, and bottom out every one of my bikes from time to time.. "Small jumps and other fun" - the KLX is ready, as is.. Just be sure to put on a good set of offroad DOT tires..
