Ok...here it is for the head
*Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the cylinder head bolts (8mm allen) Apply to the seating surface of the bolt and the threads.
*Temporarily tighten the cylinder head bolts (8mm allen) to 11.0 ft-lbs to seat the head.
then do a final torque to 34 ft-lb
* Torque the 6mm bolts in the cam gear valley to 8.5ft-lb

Here are the torque specs for everything else on the top end.

Air Suction Valve cover bolts 87in-lb
Cylinder Head cover bolts 69 in-lb
Spark plug 115 in-lb
Camshaft cap bolts 104 in-lb (note sequence below)
Camshaft sprocket bolts 87 in-lb (blue locktite)
Cylinder head bolts (6mm bolt) 8.5 ft-lb or 104 in-lb
Cylinder Head (8mm allen) 11 ft-lbs first torquing
Cylinder Head (8mm allen) 34 ft-lbs second torquing
Hose fitting 115 in-lb (blue locktite)
Camshaft chain guide mounting bolt 18 ft-lb
Camshaftchain guide bracket bolt 87 in-lb
Carburetor holder mounting bolt 104-in-lb
Cam chain tensioner Mounting bolts 87 in-lbs
Cam chain sub tensioner bolt 11 ft-lb
Inspection and rotor plug 22 in-lb

camshaft cap torque sequence (sung them down first...use assembly lube. be gentle with the cams this is the weak link in the top end...Ask EMS!)
