Interesting...but find it funny that it says "NOT for use one a moving vehicle" and then farther down says for "added comfort on the way to the trail".

I love my IMS 3 gallon tank in natural white color. I can see the gas level through it, and 3 gallons gets me pretty far.

Think I've settled on the PMR rack with 1 gallon rotopax.

But now to decide on which size (regular or XL) rack...

Werloc, do you have stock or pumper carb?

The IMS 3.0 tank is a nice way to go. I recently did a Baja trip and had to carry extra gas. I used an MSR Dromedary(10liters) bag. It's not made for gas, but it's a common solution for moto riders, and it worked well. Roll it up and strap it somewhere when done(it bleeds fumes).
It does need secure lashing on rough terrain.

I don't remember where I saw this, but this is the set-up I'd like to have. I already have a black fat-fifty ammo can from quadratec. (Bigger than the one shown here) I just need to mount it to my Scaggs rack. I'm just not thrilled about red cans since the rest of the bike is blacked out.

That's cool but I'd be worried about all that weight on the subframe.... Interesting tho, thanks!

👍I've got a pumper, apparently it's a hassle to get the IMS to fit with the tm36-68. I'll do more searching !
