Default seat concepts - how to get in touch with them?

Hi forum members. This is my first post. In a few days I will receive a brand new klx 250 S from the dealer here in Mataram, Lombok, Indonesia.
I'm quite exited since this will be my first enduro bike. Planning to keep it mainly stock. Doing a lot of touring here and wanted to order a seat kit from seat concepts. Initially have sent two text messages to the two mobile numbers given on their webpage. No reply. Then have send a message through their webpage. Again no reply. Tried to call them and left a message on the answering machine with my email address. Again they are keeping quite.

My question is whther anyone knows this company and dealt with them recently?
Do they have an email address? Are they maybe closed down for holidays or went bust or are they just overworked?

Hey DuoMike,
not sure what is going on with that....but I haven't tried recently. Are you trying to get a custom color? If what you want is stock... order it online through their website. I originally contacted them by email and got a quick response! They were great to work with and I LOVE the seat. My *** is very happy! Keep trying!!!

Hi mikezx10,

last night I finally received a response from them to the message I left on their answering machine. Tried to order through their webpage but experienced several problems.
Out of curiosity: do you have a ZX 10? I got an old ZZR 1100 in my home country (Germany)

And yes, I do have a zx10r. Its the 07 model with minor mods.

Hi Duomike,
if the shipping cost is too high try usa2indo.com, it could be cheaper. ask the guy by email, they will respond it quick. I haven't try it but they are quite credible.

Thanks for the info, Aat. Problem is not the shipping charges. Problem is getting a reply from them. 9 days ago I placed an order with them and haven't got any confirmation or reply yet. Maybe they closed for a whole week because of thanks Giving holidays, dunno. Will wait a few more days and if still no answer, will go to a local saddle maker and ask them to widen the seat.
Got my new KLX saturdays and my butt does not like the original seat.
