S/sf difference?

If you are talking about the cam chain tensioner they are all the same, but I would have installed a manual replacement. This guy is a member of this forum and has a really good product. Krieger Cam Chain Tensioners

Thanks. It is the manual one. Happened to spot one on another site, slightly used out of a wrecked bike. I had already done some reading here so I pulled the trigger. I initially thought my bike had a valve ticking but now that I've read about it I'm pretty sure it's the cam chain, slight but noticeable ticking only at certain rpm.

my bike was brand new when I got it and that sound came after 3000 or so miles
I just installed the manual tensioner couple weeks ago, no noise at all now
I always hated that ticking and forgot about the manual tensioners
