Default Rubbing rear spring?

I noticed the rear spring, near the bottom on the right, of my 07 has some of the paint worn off. It didn't seem to be rubbing against the swing arm. The only thing I could see that would touch it is tube from the airbox. It just has me wondering if something is out of whack or if the hose could have caused that over the years. Ideas?

Same thing on mine, it's a vent hose rubbing when the swing arm goes through it's travel.

I have a squeak in my 07. Seems to be related to the swing arm going up/down. You guys have that?
I took all the swingarm/shock apart last year and greased everything.... the squeak is still there!

I have a noise going on back there too. I thought it was the brakes at 1st, then seemed closer to the shock. Tends to make it more often when I'm sitting on the bike than just pushing it.
