The thickness of the clip+washers = the thickness of the "retainer" at the top of the stock needle - very important as the nylon "hat" must have that thickness at the needle in order to properly stabilize the needle...

The bikes back together, and running well!

I haven't taken up to the upper elevations yet, to verify the jetting will work there, but I'm fairly confident that I shouldn't have any issues.

I'd be testing it out this weekend, but I tore a muscle in my leg, so there's not going to be any trail riding on my schedule for awhile...
