Hey!...I'll bet my cheap tequila adds less calories than your Pabst Blue Ribbon...or was it Ranier?

Just finished a couple of weeks in the Big Bend area riding the state park, national park, and Terlingua Ranch area. Weather was great, riding was great, and the scenery was great. Each time I go to that state park ranch, I discover some new areas. That place is huge.

I figured it was Big Bend time. Good to hear you're back from another epic adventure.

Rainier, my friend, Rainier.

Regular beer = 150 calories per 12 oz.

Tequila = 100 calories per 1.5 oz +
Coke = 138 calories per 12 oz.

Went down to DMV today to register bikes. Street registrations $31.50 each and off-road stickers $12 each.

Hey Thad, I bet you could have gotten over those trail blocking rocks if you had tried. I know, they are just there to keep the honest guys honest.

It's 26 degrees here today, that picture sure looks welcoming.

The weather was as nice and consistent as I think I've experienced in years of going to Big Bend area in December. Nights were between 48-56 and days were between 65-75. Even starting in the morning I only had to start out wearing my enduro jacket on about 3 mornings. The only day it rained was a very small sprinkle on a camp moving day...otherwise chamber of commerce conditions.
