One of my riding buds has a 351 with stock exhaust and seems to go every where I go[quieter too]. 351 is the first thing I would do to a KLX 250 if I was to start over on one.

I wouldn't recommend buying a header pipe from an older model klx250. Banjo8 did and the flange to hold the header to the engine was larger than the one on the stock header. It seems that Kawasaki changed more than the plastics when they updated the klx. However, if you wanted to do some fabricating by cutting off both flanges and welding the stock flange back together on the aftermarket header, then it should work.

Yea, u should put a tuned megaphone racing exhaust on your 250 and bring it over, we would see!

Wait, they don't sell those, so u're out of luck. That means u would even suffer more embarrasment!

Maybe not. There's dyno runs showing big torque gains with the 351 and stock pipe & carb.

They did at one time... I got a Pro Circuit reverse cone megaphone slip on. Fits the aftermarket head pipe I got too. Just haven't installed it yet.

Did the question of capatability over the years ever get figured out. I'm very curious what the big difference is for fitment from 2009 forward. Looks like the frame is the same????

Hi...someone mentioned Royal Distributing. They do not carry the Q4 but will get you the FMF 4 slip on. They normally have a sale in the spring for motorcross hard parts. Should be soon, plus they do ship for free
