MCM with stock exhaust, 2125 kit and Dial a jet?

I defer to his highness.
I am blocking the MCM instruction since it is so offensive to your majesty and deemed useless.
I bow to your highness... while facing the other way.

Oops, there went the baby with the bath water.
As your Highness, I command you to reinstate the MCM instruction doc with deletion of "wire the KACR" verbiage. You will be rewarded with an estate in RoosterPootshire.

fair enough but the benefits outweigh the risks, no?
The fact is that it all worked out in the end, engine is no worse for wear and pulls way better. DJ kit is good too, although it's hard to tell what the MCM did and what the 2125 is bringing to the table with stock exhaust.
Part of me wishes I had done the MCM before jetting, just to get an honest idea of what it does on it's own for power with a stock engine.
Once I had it all running, I was itching to go for a ride. We have a nice 300km loop on the island I live on, mix of highway, backroads, logging roads etc. It was about 2c the whole time, and the last leg was in the dark but I was having a great ride. Feels like a brand new bike, not quite as quick as the wr250r (fully piped and tuned) but surprisingly comparable. 5000rpm feels real nice.
There is some jetting issues, or maybe the ground wire... or maybe I have a bad connection on the airboot... I dunno. Bike was fun to ride for the 300km, but couldn't really wind it out or cruise at 6500 rpm- 7000rpm. It would sorta buck or hesitate like I was riding in turbulence behind a vehicle.
Dial a jet is installed, set to middle position. As far as I can tell, it's doing nothing or my jetting is too rich to get it going. I tied a knot in the fuel line (disabling the dial a jet) to eliminate the possibility of it contributing to the issue.
If it's a ground wire issue, and I'm getting bad spark.... I guess I'm feeling a bog at high speed?
The joys of carbs!
