A option for ya is make your own
Just graft the mid pipe from the stock can
to the front of your chosen can
I made this one from a left over Husqvarna arrow can
easy to do I have maybe 100 bucks in this one and
that is with a new perforated SS core and fresh re pack
A great choice for the klx is the kx250f stock can
they are all over ebay for 100 bucks or so

 

What all is involved in "grafting"? What tools/skills?

I'm not very familiar with welding

you will have to be able to cut,
then shape useing a body hammer vise and dolly
and you will have to weld or take it to a welder
