KLX300 - best tank option?

KLX300 - best tank option?
I'm "restoring" a 1997 KLX300. 351 cylinder and TM36-68 carb. I don't mind trimming the throttle cam at all.
I'm looking for my best option for a fuel tank and I'm having a hard time researching options.
Most everything I find is people with KLX250's fitting larger tanks to their bikes.
I'm not at all interested in the Acerbis tank.
That leaves the Clark and IMS tanks.
I would just assume go with a stock KLX300 tank but, they are not available new anymore.
I've read of fitment issues with the Clark, particularly where the seat meets the tank (again, on the KLX250, don't know if the KLX300 would be any different?).
The IMS is listed as a direct fit tank for the KLX300 (using earlier KLX250 shrouds). I'm not finding much as far as fit, finish and quality of the IMS tank as I can't search "IMS" here on the forum it's too short a search string.
SO - I want a green tank that fits my 1997 KLX300 well and will work with my TM36-68 carb, Any recommendations?
Thanks!

I dunno but my review of the IMS tank is rather harsh... For $280 for what is essentially a milk jug the fit/finish was very poor. I had to make custom spacers for the rear mount, all plastic/fender mounts were a good 1/2-3/4" off of where they were supposed to be. I added about 1/2" of washers to the rear mount and it fits "OK" still have to squeeze more than I would like to get all the bolts in.
Tank was full of flashing/plastic chips that I had to wash out and I had to ream out one of the sender holes due to flashing.
Now that its on I do love the tank and it looks good. Maybe I just a small one that shrank too much from the mold. Cant comment on the clarke...never saw one.

I think I've found the reason there's no mention of fitment of a Clarke on a KLX300 - it's about the same size as the KLX300 stock tank. It's intended as a replacement for the KLX250's smaller metal tank which makes sense. For a KLX300 though there's no reason to buy one.
SO - after all I've found the stock KLX300 tank's capacity of 2.6 liters should be good. I bought a good condition stock KLX300 tank off ebay last night. It's nice that Maier makes new KLX300 rad scoops at a great price too.
