I have a 06 with a snorkle, dynojet and twin air air filter. i would like to add an exhaust for sound and hopefully more power. since i have never bought an exhaust before, i was hoping someone could suggest brands that they have had luck with in the past. Also, will an exhaust from a new KLX fit the same as an older one? Searching for '06 exhaust, there didn't seem to be many options.

I have an FMF full system on my '12 and it's been flawless.
I run the smaller dB/spark arrester because I felt that the standard is a bit too loud.

 

I think ppl like using the KLX 300 pipe and silencer if you can find one. Four stroke works can still make them too.

seems like aftermarket stuff is not inexpensive so dare i ask about universal/generic exhausts and mufflers?
