Default DynoJet source?

I am looking for a source for individual DJ main jets.
Dyno jet wants $12 to ship a $2 part("We need to track it, sir"). Seems this part is small enough to put in envelope, with a couple stamps. Heck, even a padded envelope and a couple more stamps is more reasonable than the DJ policy. Anybody know of a another source? Anyone live in Las Vegas?

Yes that is the dilemma if you are trying to get ONE jet.. Which is why I advise getting more needle washers (at least 2 more) , and a good additional set of main jets - For instance, your bikes' max performance (right now) is with the airbox lid pulled, exhaust cap pulled, and at least a DJ146 main jet.. Like you have it now, probably something in the range of a DJ142..
So, how bout additional jets - 138, 142, 146, and I'd do a DJ150 for good measure as it could work well now when your bike is fully uncorked, or in the future when/if you go with a full exhaust system..

To answer your question about another source - Any motorcycle dyno shop will have a lot of DJ main jets hanging around.. Your job would be to get access to them and then properly identify the ones you want.. My shop gives em to me because I do dyno runs with em (spend a lot of money with em)..

Good tips, KLXster. A couple things keep me from trying the MJ sizes you suggest.
The exhaust is loud & raspy with the cap removed. The current setup is about right.
The bike will have to run at elevations from sea level to about 6000 ft. I'm ok giving up a bit of power around town, for cleaner running up in the mountains.
