Default Which brake pads ? KLX351sf

Time to replace my pads, front at least.

Is it worth going with something more expensive such as the EBC carbon ones $25 front only? Or just get a complete set for $10 something like High Quality Carbon Kevlar (Organic) Brake Pads by KMG Brakes

What do they use on OEM ? mine have served me well for over 8,000miles and that's a lot of off road, and extra stopping needed for a 351 Big Bore and I'd be happy to just go with that again.

Any high milers out there who's had the chance to use various types and have experience on less expensive vs more expensive and if it was worth it.

I know I'm being a cheap b$%^@d !!!!

Im in the same boat as the front one are about gone but the back still have a lot left. Over the winter I'm upgrading the brake lines from galfer and using their brake pads, new rotors probably in a year or two from them as well.

Does anyone know if the OEM pads are sintered or organic ? With the outrageous cost of a new rotor, i want to make sure, i don't get sintered and find out our rotors are not up for the job.

Try looking at the price for the rotors, $220 a rotor. I saw that and definitely going galfer rotors when the time comes for 120ish.
