It would be nice to have links to all the companies that did make the parts and/or to where they were purchased.

Prices would be nice too, or maybe you don't want to think too much about that!

@taxonomy, I get into that in my videos. If you have a question about somthing specific I can tell you about it here. I know I've taken pictures of a lot of items I have not done videos on quite yet, so I apologize for the apparent omission.

I'll try to post an itemized list including links for all my mods (and comparable alternatives) in the coming week.

How'd you get the air box out? There were various techniques tossed around in an older thread on it.

Default Radiator hoses?

Are those radiator hoses available for a 2009 KLX250S?

I have done a lot of searching, including links in old threads, and have not found any sources.

Thank you.

Yes, in fact those are hoses for an 09+. They just need to be trimmed for the 06. Drc makes them in blue and red. I know theres another company that makes yellow and green, but I'd have to seek them out.

Heres the link http://wheelingcyclesupply.com/shop/product/drc-radiator-hose-kit/24

The description line alone is not real reassuring that it fits a 2009 KLX250S. Thanks again.

UPDATE 4/11: These are THICK hoses: 1.12 inches OD. I don't know if the stock hose clamps will fit, but the 1" ones I bought do not fit.

Hey, here's my stuff from the past three weeks. Almost have the bike working again. I need to mess with jetting a bit more on my TM36, and then I should get back to riding.

Though I do have quite a few mods recorded, that I just haven't released yet. So I'll keep making them for at least a few more months.

In other news I made a bunch of stickers, which are free if anyone wants them. They're transparent vinyl in 2" and 3" diameters. If interested, PM me your address and I'll send a few your way.

Steering Stabilizer and Top Clamp, final interaction

FMF Megabomb header with OEM Heatshield, plus KCCT

Radiator Guards, and other stuff

Setting Chain Length (and Cutting)

Extension for the KDX snorkel

The wiring phase

Testing the Vapor

Replacement mechanical water seal.

Broke my CVK pulling it out

Tried to fix it, but it really should be welded.

Back in the garage

Short ride round the cul de sac.

Then for the videos since last time:

And a video about stickers if anyone is curious:

And the last time I rode the bike, which happened to be on snow with Shinko 705's:
