Anyone running a rear Trials Tire?
I just put on an MT43 and haven't noticed any downsides thus far. Damn thing seems to grip nearly everything... made riding on whats left of the snow a breeze too.
Anyone else running these?

I've ran two and liked them for everything but deep mud and deep loose silty cake-flour soil. They are nicer to the trails. I see a lot of them out there. And they were great in the snow!
Mine was a cheap CL find: https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...-tire-s-35829/

They may work well unless you either:
I've ridden a trials bike with a good tire and with a junk tire - no comparison. I've also ridden off the side of the ***** on my trials bike too - scary broadslide.
- buy a cheap one. It is the good trials tires that grip due to compound, not tread pattern.
- ride hard enough on pavement to lean far enough to ride off the squarish edge of the outside *****

Yep. Shinko SR241 on the rear. I like it better than the 244s for dual sport: jeep trails, forest roads, gravel, mild off road, backroads.. Not the greatest in thick mud but I don't encounter that too often.
