I have a 2008 KLS250s that i have not had running for about 2 months and it will not start.
Battery is only 4 months old and seems OK even with jump start battery still will not turn engine over.
Dash lights up and start solenoid is clicking when hitting start botton.
Any ideas?

 

Can you get the engine to turn over by pushing the bike in 6th gear? I'm wondering about hydro-locking.

 

pull the spark plug and try it, you need to make sure you're not fighting compression. Oh and welcome to the forums!

 

Your battery voltage may be too low to fire the starter. Check the charge or just charge it slowly and try it again.
Will it run if you bump start it? If it will, then run it around for 20 minutes above 4K rpm, then park it for an hour or two and try it again. If it's dead again or the next day, you may have a bad cell in your battery.
Might be time to get a battery tender and install the "charging" pigtail for easier charging.
