Hi all,

I recently bought a 2006 KLX 250 and have been having a hell of a time finding a service manual for it. I did some searching on the forums and it appears that the '06 manual doesn't exist in digital form.

The sticky thread for service manuals on this forum has an '09 service manual which I've downloaded. Can someone tell me if there's anything majorly different between the '06 and '09 that I need to be aware of (like torque numbers)?

Or if someone actually has the '06 manual, I'd be incredibly grateful.

I recently got a 2007 and have not found a service manual. I'm using the 2009 manual but have already noticed a few differences.

 

Hey, if by chance you have the manual I just picked up an 06 and am in need of it as well... any help would be appreciated.

 

I need a 2007 KLX 250S service manual if anyone has one they could download.
I would greatly appreciate it.

I can find the KLX250-300-supplement.pdf file which seems to be for older bikes,but I cannot find the 2 files you wrote about for the 2006 (and 2007)

Yeah the 1997 version is all I've ever had, I printed one out years ago and then somehow lost the electronic one. Is there an actual 2006/7 manual out there? Did they make one?
