There may be a procedure that involves unplugging the ignitor briefly. I might be able to find something on it and post it later. In the mean time maybe try calling the dealer as Kawaski usually sends that info to the them. If not, try calling Kawasaki's consumer services department and maybe they can give you a run down. Hope this helps at least a little.....
