Kawasaki 360 4x4 sensor lights.
2004 Kawasaki 360 4x4 auto. Problem is with the check belt and the
4x4 lights staying on and or blinking. I have talked to dealer and followed
instructions to check for belt slippage and found belts to be OK. I can't
reset the sensor light system. Any Suggestions?

I found this on the net (not 100% sure if it will work or not) but worth a shot I guess.
"but the problem I had with mine was in the relay, a quick fix to reset the belt warning device is by unplugging the grey and the black wire boxes on the rt side just to the front of the motor plug the black in to the grey and the grey in to the black, turn the key on for about 30 to 45 seconds turn the key back off and replace the wire sets to there propper placement. this will reset the switch, as far as to the front or back it is opposite the belt direction"

Another theory offered by dealer is, as a belt stretches it no longer
touches the sensor tabs. This will cause the lights to stay on and not reset.
And the auto belt tension system keeps the belt working as it should
no slippage. Seems strange to me I currently know of two 360's bought
one year apart with the same problems. ATVTV mentioned the belt problems
last year on a test rating.
Thanks for your response.

Your dealer is not really educating you correctly - as the belt stretches, there is more chance for the stretched belt to hit the belt switch which will cause the BELT light to flash.
Belt Light
Is it flashing or just staying on? They have complete different meaning. Flashing means there is a failure in the CVT system, usually a stretched or broken belt. Staying on means it reached 100-hr and CVT needs a maintenance check. Turning off procedure is same for the both.
4X4 Light
If something wrong, it will flash. If you are engaged in 4x4, it will stay on. Basically there are 3 types of failure modes when 4x4 is "flashing". You need to measure the flashing time interval (1, 2 or 4 seconds). For example, how much time it would make a complete flashing cycle 2WD->4WD->2WD.
In any case, you should get a factory service manual and start reading if you want to do the work by yourself. If not, leave it to a competent dealer mechanic.

Belt Light Staying On
No failure, it is just a reminder for you to check your CVT system.
4WD light flashing
It can be a failure. First you need to measure the flashing time interval (0.5, 1.0, or 2.0 seconds). Each means different failure. Then, try to reset it first before replacing any part (like rebooting your pc). Remove your seat and replug the control unit (black box) with ignition key at OFF position. If it doesn't work, then you will probably have to replace actuator(s) or the control unit depending on the failure mode.
