I bought a 93ish Bayou 300 from a friend. I would like to replace the stock tires (I think it is about time). I tore off the 1st lug nut. Sheered it right off! I am thinking some of the others will end up this way.
My question is on the axel. Are the bolts pressed into the axle or screwed in?
Also how can you tell what year?
Thanks in advance
Steve

What's up? Most lugs are pressed in. If one broke off, others will follow. Original tires means they've probably never been off. Plan on replacing all the stubs. Also, I'm sure you're brake pads are in rough shape. To be honest with you, checkall of the lines.
You'll either need a Kawasaki junkie or a serial # to find out the exact year.
