Default Mule help

We are using mules at work now and need some help, are these things really going to need to be rebuilt at around 3,500 hours. I have one that is i guess wore out and in need of rebuild, 2013 4010 trans 4X4 33,625 miles and 4,387 hours. I am down to about 138psi compression after a ring job, will i have to bore out all of these units every 2-1/2 to 3 years. Not for sure if buying these were a good idea or not.

What type of use are these machines used for? I have a fleet of Mules we use for vacation rental purposes on an island in the south pacific. I am constantly changing brake shoes, wheel bearings, hubs, axles, sensors etc... Trick with the Mules is to stay in front with maintenance. Also, having the operators be aware of the issues and reporting immediately to avoid further issues. We keep spare parts handy and replace them as needed.
