1995 750 st runs great won't propell after about 1/8 thottle. It's almost like a cavitation but water condtions doesn't matter. Its all about the throttle position. What is the problem?

 

not sure my self but I think its timing which may be adjusted by the cdi did you get your problem fixed because my 750 is doing the same thing not sure if the key in the shaft is broken i may try this good luck let me know what you find thank you
