I have a 2002 ultra 130. When I give it throttle it is fine till about 5000 rpm, mid 30's mph. If I give it more it won't go faster. Sometimes if I slow down and give it more it will give me full power but not often. Runs fine at speeds to mid 30's. First time out problem did not exist. second time it appeared. Any idea's what could be wrong.
