Hey nice site I hope it is as helpful as the dieseltruck site then I know I in good hands!! Anyways I have a 89 650 sx stand up and recently rebuilt the motor and was getting it put back together when my clumsy self broke the plastic hose fitting that comes thru the hull from the jet pump that supplies water to the motor for cooling. I am wondering if there is any way to access the line in the hull? or is it completely molded in? or does this fitting just press into the hole? I just cant find a good way to fix hopefully someone out here has fixed this line before and can shed some light? Its ready to scream except this one last fix. Looks simple but will probably be the most difficult thing thru this rebuild!!!! Jereme

 

No clue on your problem, I'm a bike guy. Do you have any pictures so we can see what exactly you broke?
