That's weird, and welcome to the forums. Not too many Jetski owners in here, what motor does that have? Is it a common one to a bike?

thanks. And thanks for clarifying the toolie thing but from what I can see its not clogged. Its a 530 cc 2 stroke I'm not sure what bike motor it would be like buts its weird it fires up on ythe first crank every morning but won't start after that like if somthn gets hot and won't let it start. Thanks for all your help and input.

Could be low on compression too. Could need a carb kit or fuel pump rebuild. Is it a stock motor or do you have some goodies on it? I grew up around jet skis since we have sold them since 86. We always had old 300's, 440's, 550's 650's layin around. I have an 87 x2 right now. Try ridin one of those babies. hehe The old kawi 2 strokes are so damn awesome and easy to rebuild. Make good power too. These motors have nothin to do with the motors in bikes. They were used in snowmobiles when kawi made snowmobiles and when john deere made snowmobiles. We have a JD snowmobile in the shop with a kawi 440 jet ski motor in it. Damn fast for bein from the 70's.
