I bought a 2002 900 today. Took it for a test run and it did great fired right up. We all took turns riding for about an hour with no problems. Stopped and restarted fine. Last ride I it the stop button coasted into shore when I hit the start button nothing happened. The column lights up and i get good voltage to at the battery. I hear a click when I press the start button but nothing happens. we touch the starter with a screwdriver and it turns over but she doesn't fire up. could it be the safety on the stop lanyard?
