08 Ninja 250 wont start!?!
Hi. I'm new to the forums here and I'm not sure if this is the right place for this post but I'm having some problems with my ninja 250.
I bought it last week with 2600 miles on it, it has like 3300 miles on it now and it ran perfect until this morning. I went for a ride and like 4-5 miles down the road she just randomly died. It feels like I just hit the kill switch and turned off the fuel. I had no idea what happened. I press the starter button and it just cranks and cranks but it never sounds like its trying to crank over.
I had to get my dad to bring the truck so we brought it home, we were able to jump start it but it wasn't running the greatest and only made it less than a half mile.
(i changed the oil and cleaned the filter last week) .. we took the air filter cover off and sprayed some starting fluid, didn't seem to do anything.
Its sitting on the charger right now, its not "fully" charged so would that be the problem for it not cranking over? It sounds like it has enough juice to.
Thank you!

Have you pulled a plug or anything yet? See if you have fuel delivery. Rule that out. I am surprised that a simple dose of starting fluid failed to start the ride. Which makes it more of an electrical/firing issue. Check for a loose wire.
Congrats on the ride and welcome to KF
