Riding Gloves
Does anyone have a recommendation for nice riding gloves. I would like one for both street 80% and off road 20%. Some padding/protection is preferred not not enough to hamper movement of fingers.
Thanks!!

I am going to go back to Z custom leather products on the gloves. Z Custom Leathers - The absolute best custom leather apparel money can buy.
Stay away from AGV gloves, the seams are crap.

I've been using these: Thor Insulator Gloves - RevZilla
I really liked them but ended up losing one while paragliding... looking for alternatives now. They breath a decent amount so they can get a little chilly on street rides around 40 *F. Nice gloves with good knuckle protection though. Pretty reasonable price as well.

I'm about half way through a pair of Klim Adventure Gloves. When they wear out, I will likely replace with the same.

Dedicated street gloves like the Z Leathers above would be nice. If I were spending 80% street, I'd think about these and find a $30 pair of off-road gloves if I needed them.

Cold/Rain or summer? For warmer weather riding, I have used a pair of these Held Airstream gloves for several years. They work 9 months out of the year for me. Tremendous protection, lightweight, flexible, very comfortable, well ventilated and they are very durable. Made from Kangaroo leather and Kevlar, so expensive, but very much worth the price.

I just bought a pair of these Joe Rocket Ballistic Waterproof gloves for winter riding. Not as heavy duty as I had hoped. They are warm enough for Phoenix winters and I am not wearing them off-road.

If the Joe Rocket gloves don't hold up, I will probably spring for a pair of waterproof Held gloves. Held makes the best quality gloves I have ever tried on.
